What's it all about?
It's about doing as much as we can to work on ourselves, face up to our fears and make a positive, tangible impact on the community.
It's about doing what we can to help the world: from small, daily interactions to the big 'save the world' stuff.
In summary: Feel the fear. Be your best. Give back.
It's normal to have insecurities and feel afraid. What's not healthy is when you let that rule you, your decisions, and your life. So rather than trying to banish fear altogether - it's about 'feeling the fear and doing it anyway'.

What has motivated me to start this new chapter? I've wasted too much time not being the best version of me possible. I haven't always lived up to my full potential or embodied the values that are important to me. I have let fear win too many times.
We all do this - we're human after all. But I don't plan on making the same mistakes again. I'm mustering everything I have to be a better, stronger, more badass person. The person my idealistic 15-year-old self always thought I could be.
I've lit a match under my feet and I'm hoping it spreads like wildfire, so we can all grow and have a positive impact on the world we are a part of.
